# How do I change a pair's strategy?

**Long press the pair → Strategy.** That sheet is the plan for this pair on the tab you are on. Paper and live each keep their own.

Tap **Apply** when you are done. Open lots use the new exits. New buys use the new plan.

### Entry logic

Which signal the crypto trading bot watches before it buys.

- **Mean revert** — dip-buy
- **EMA + RSI** — trend pullback
- **Breakout** — channel break

**Apply preset** loads Scalper, Builder, or Holder defaults onto this pair only. The rest of the book stays as it is.

### Position size

- **Max position** — biggest slice of this bot's wallet the pair may hold
- **Max lots** — how many separate buys can be open at once. `1` is a single shot. More than one is scale-in
- **Scale-in reserve** — share held back for a later lot. Does nothing when max lots is `1`

### Risk exits

- **Stop loss** — hard exit under entry. Yolo skips this until you turn it off on the server. [What Yolo mode does →](/help/what-is-yolo-mode)
- **Take profit** — bank above entry

### Trailing stop

- **Trailing stop** — follows the high after entry; sells on a pullback. `0` turns it off
- **Trail arm** and **Min gain** sit under **Advanced**. Min gain is the floor so a trail will not sell unless still that far green. `0` keeps the fee floor

The market turns and the stop is close? Widen it. Want out sooner? Tighten it. Same sheet.
