## Who we are[

](#who-we-are)

Intenseloop, Inc. operates CryptoBud. Email: [support@cryptobud.app](mailto:support@cryptobud.app)

This covers the [iPhone app](/get), the [web app](/pwa), this website, and the private cloud box we run for you. Binance, Apple, and Stripe publish their own policies.

## What CryptoBud is not[

](#what-cryptobud-is-not)

- We are not an exchange

- We do not hold your coins

- We do not sell crypto to you

- We do not sell your personal information

Your coins stay on Binance. Live trading uses API keys you create there. Those keys live on your private cloud box.

## What we collect[

](#what-we-collect)

### Account[

](#account)

You can create an account with **Sign in with Apple** (iPhone app and this website) or **Sign in with Google** (website checkout and box setup). If both use the same email, that is one CryptoBud account. **Hide My Email** from Apple is a different address, so that stays a separate account until you ask us to change the email.

#### Sign in with Apple[

](#sign-in-with-apple)

When you sign in with Apple we store:

- Apple’s user id for you

- Your email, when Apple sends it (often only the first time). If you picked Hide My Email, that is a `@privaterelay.appleid.com` address. We send product mail from `hello@mail.bud.trading`. Email [support@cryptobud.app](mailto:support@cryptobud.app) if you want a different address on the account. That change is free.

We use that to know who you are and to keep your subscription on the same account.

#### Sign in with Google[

](#sign-in-with-google)

When you tap Sign in with Google on this website, Google sends us an identity token. From that token we use:

- Google’s user id for you

- Your Google account email, when Google marks it verified

- Your name and profile photo, which stay in this browser so the account menu can show them

We store the Google user id and email on our servers to know who you are and to keep your subscription on the same account. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, photos, contacts, or other Google products. We do not post as you. We do not sell that data or use it for advertising.

### Subscription[

](#subscription)

Apple or Stripe tells us whether you have an active CryptoBud subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly), when it renews, and when it ends. We do not see your card number. Payment is Apple’s or Stripe’s.

### Onboarding[

](#onboarding)

You pick a trading style, a budget, and a username / handle.

The handle becomes the name of your private cloud box (for example `yourname.bud.trading`). Treat it as public.

### Your private cloud box[

](#your-private-cloud-box)

When you subscribe we provision a private server for you.

That box holds your trading plan, reports, logs, chat with Bud Intelligence, and — if you go live — your Binance API keys.

The iPhone app and the web app do not store those exchange keys. They get a separate login to talk to your box.

We (Intenseloop) can access that box to operate the service: provision it, repair it, and destroy it when the subscription ends. We do not use your exchange keys to trade for ourselves or to withdraw funds. Bud refuses keys that can withdraw.

### Push and Live Activities[

](#push-and-live-activities)

If you allow notifications, your phone registers with Apple so we can send alerts and update Live Activities (for example open lots). We use those tokens only to deliver that — not to track you.

### This website[

](#this-website)

The marketing site records visits (which pages you open) with analytics so we can see if the site is useful. That is not tied to your Binance account.

You can see a public discovery preview without signing in. That request is not an account.

### Web app[

](#web-app)

The [web app](/pwa) stores the server address and relay password you paste, in this browser, so it can talk to your box. It does not store your Binance API secret.

### Support[

](#support)

If you email us, we keep the email so we can answer you.

## Bud Intelligence[

](#bud-intelligence)

When you chat with Bud Intelligence, the question and enough of your trading context (portfolio, trades, settings) go to **Cursor**. The default model is Grok, served by Cursor. Do not put secrets in chat that you would not want processed that way.

Chat history lives on your cloud box.

## What we do not collect[

](#what-we-do-not-collect)

- We do not take custody of your coins

- We do not store your Binance password

- We do not see your card number — Stripe and Apple do

- The iPhone app and the web app do not keep your exchange API secret

## Who else sees data[

](#who-else-sees-data)

We use other companies to run CryptoBud:

- **Hetzner Cloud** — the private box and the API host. Default region is Falkenstein, Germany (`fsn1`)

- **Cloudflare** — DNS, TLS, and the edge for cryptobud.app and bud.trading

- **Apple** — Sign in with Apple, App Store subscriptions, push notifications

- **Google** — Sign in with Google on this website. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers alert notifications to the iPhone app

- **Stripe** — web checkout and card payments

- **Cursor** — Bud Intelligence replies. The default model is Grok, served by Cursor

- **SparkPost** — product email (the ready mail and support threads we send)

- **UserPath** — website visit analytics on cryptobud.app

- **Binance** — your own Spot account, via keys you put on your box

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to advertise to you in other companies’ apps.

We may share data if the law requires it, or to stop abuse of the service.

## How long we keep it[

](#how-long-we-keep-it)

- Account and subscription records: while you have an account, and as long as we need them for billing questions or legal reasons

- Your private cloud box: while the subscription is active. After it ends, Apple may keep a short billing-retry / grace window (about 7 days). Then we destroy the box — the server, its disks, and the DNS name

- Website analytics: ordinary visit logs

- Support email: as long as the thread is useful

## Your choices[

](#your-choices)

- Cancel the subscription in Apple Subscriptions (iPhone Settings) or in Stripe for web checkout

- Turn off notifications in iOS Settings

- Disconnect live trading by removing the Binance API key on Binance and in CryptoBud

- Email [support@cryptobud.app](mailto:support@cryptobud.app) to ask what we have about you or to correct it. Cancel in Apple Subscriptions or in the Stripe portal. If that was your only box, we also delete the CryptoBud account. The Bud iPhone app also has Delete account under Servers. Steps: [How do I delete my account?](/help/how-do-i-delete-my-account)

Deleting the cloud box destroys the trading data on it. Apple may still have the subscription record. Binance still has your exchange account — that is theirs.

## Children[

](#children)

CryptoBud is not for children. You must be at least **18**. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Live trading also needs a Binance account. Binance requires 18, and 21 in some regions.

## Changes[

](#changes)

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the bottom. Keep using CryptoBud after that means you have read the new version.
