Brazilian law governs the service. If you bought as a consumer, Law 8.078/1990 (the Consumer Defense Code) applies and you keep every right it gives you, including suing in the court of your home city when that law allows it. Other disputes go to the Brazilian courts where Intenseloop is based.
What we run
CryptoBud is a Binance Spot trading bot. The iPhone app, this website, and the private cloud box in the subscription are ours. Binance holds your coins. Apple or Stripe bills the subscription.
We provision that box on Hetzner Cloud in Germany (Falkenstein). We can repair it and we destroy it when the subscription ends. We do not hold your coins and we do not trade with your keys for ourselves.
