Cancel the subscription. We destroy the cloud box when the period you already paid for ends. If that was your only box, we delete the CryptoBud account too.
Apple
On iPhone, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Tap CryptoBud Always-on and cancel. We keep the box until that period ends. Then we destroy the server, the disks, and the DNS name.
The Bud iPhone app also has Delete account under Servers. Confirm, then Face ID, if you want the CryptoBud account gone now. Apple still charges until you cancel in Settings.
Stripe
On cryptobud.app, sign in. Open the account menu (top right) and tap Subscription. That opens the Stripe portal. Cancel there. Each subscription is one box. Repeat for every box you want gone. We tear that box down when the period ends. If that was your only box, we delete the CryptoBud account too.
Before you cancel

What we delete
- The private cloud box, its disks, and the DNS name
- Trading data on that box
- Support mail that is no longer useful
- The CryptoBud account, when that was your only box
What we cannot delete for you
- Apple or Stripe billing records. Those stay with them. App Store refunds go to reportaproblem.apple.com(opens in a new tab)
- Your Binance account and the coins on it
- A Hide My Email address at Apple. Turn that off in iPhone Settings if you want Apple to drop it
