How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Flatten live trades first. We destroy the box and delete what we can. Apple or Stripe keep their billing records.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Say you want the CryptoBud account deleted. We write back, then we delete what we can.
This is the account deletion path for App Store and privacy requests.
Before you write
- Flatten live trades if you have any. How to stop live trading →
- Cancel the subscription in Apple Subscriptions or in Stripe so it does not renew
- On Binance, cancel open Spot orders and delete the API key locked to the box IP
If you skip that, open orders stay on Binance after the box is gone. What happens when the subscription ends →
What we delete
- The CryptoBud account
- The private cloud box, its disks, and the DNS name
- Trading data on that box
- Support mail that is no longer useful
What we cannot delete for you
- Apple or Stripe billing records. Those stay with them. App Store refunds go to reportaproblem.apple.comOpens in a new tab
- Your Binance account and the coins on it
- A Hide My Email address at Apple. Turn that off in iPhone Settings if you want Apple to drop it
If you used Hide My Email and cannot open that inbox, write from an address you can open. Changing the account email so we can talk is free. Then ask us to delete.
