If you tapped Hide My Email at Sign in with Apple, Apple gave us a @privaterelay.appleid.com address. Apple forwards our mail only after that address is on and our sender is allowed through. Until then, the ready email never reaches you.
Apple's own page: How to use Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple(opens in a new tab).
Allow [email protected]
- Open Settings, tap your name, tap Sign in with Apple, tap CryptoBud. You should see an address ending in
@privaterelay.appleid.com. Leave Stop Using Apple ID alone. - Go back, tap iCloud, tap Hide My Email. Tap the CryptoBud address. If you see Reactivate Email Address, tap it. Scroll to Forward To and pick an inbox you can open.
- Add [email protected] to Contacts.
- Open Settings → Mail → Blocked. If that sender is in the list, remove it.
- Open Junk. If mail from us is there, open it and tap Not Junk.
You can do the same Hide My Email checks on iCloud+(opens in a new tab).
Ask us to change the email
Write to [email protected] from an inbox you can open. Say you want the account email changed. We do that at no charge.
That change is free. Hands-on work on the box is still in the Terms of Use.
